Design and Hardware:

The design of the HP Star Wars Special Edition Notebook is just lovely and the you would fall in love with it at the very first sight. Many might feel that the images of Darth Vader & Storm Trooper on the laptop might be laminated but from the feel of it, it is printed.

The HP Star Wars Special Edition Notebook is a nice 15.6-inch device with full HD Anti-Glare display which is lovely to use, 3 USB Port, a LAN Port, a full HDMI port give you the freedom to use the laptop as per your convenience.

Under the hood, the laptop is powered by the 6th Generation Intel Core i5-6200-U Processor coupled with 8 GB DDR3 SDRAM and users do not have to worry about running out of memory given that there is 1 TB HDD Storage.

The Notebook has a brilliant Red Backlit Keyboard which is Island-style and integrated with a numeric keypad. The feedback is nice and you won’t make many typos while using it. The red colour gives the laptop a killer look as you can see in the images below.

The touch-pad is nice and wide and is responsive. The tactical feedback would not disappoint you. The speakers on the laptop are the B&O Play which are loud enough for you to enough watching a movie, playing games, video chat and more.

I loved the anti-glare display on the Notebook and the colours are crisp and with the IPS Display, the viewing angles are much better than another HP laptop which I have. You would love to use it in Daylight and won’t find it difficult working on it in sunlight too, in case you are travelling.

The Notebook comes with Windows 10 Home OS pre-installed on it along with Star Wars Special Software including Command Centre, Media Library, Sound themes & Exclusive Marvel Star Wars Comic. Windows 10 is the future of PC Computing and I personally love it. There are loads of customization options for Star Wars lovers including sound, wallpapers, exclusive images and more.

With the Notebook loaded with the latest 6th Generation Intel Core i5-6200-U Processor coupled with 8 GB DDR3 SDRAM, users do not have to worry about on the performance front as every day working is smooth. The device has been designed keeping in mind gamers too and thus there is 2GB Nvidia 940M Graphics Card on-board. I played the Asphalt 8 on the Notebook for an hour and everything worked buttery smooth.
