Microsoft Lumia 650 – $199 Windows 10 phone announced


Redmond based tech giant Microsoft has today announced the Microsoft Lumia 650 and Microsoft Lumia 650 Dual SIM smartphones which run on Windows 10 OS.

The Microsoft Lumia 650 with a 5 inch HD ClearBlack AMOLED display comes in an aluminum frame and measures just 6.9mm thin. The phone is targeting business-oriented users who are looking for an affordable device as it is priced at $199 (before taxes).

Colour options available for the Microsoft Lumia 650 and Lumia 650 Dual are Matte Black and Matte White. Select European markets will be lucky to have the devices available from February 18th for $199 before taxes.

Our Take on the phone:

The price seems to be great for the smartphone but Snapdragon 212 processor and just 1 GB of RAM is a setback. While we are sure that the performance would be optimized for usage, but more RAM is always a safer option. No Continuum support too.
